Inclusion criteria: Registered for previous study and involved for publication of baseline work Ready to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants not fulfilling any of the criteria as per ESH guidelines Pregnant females Participants whose parents were previously non-diabetic or non-hypertensive but now diabetic or hypertensive (from the control group) Participants with the history of diabetes, hypertension, tobacco and alcohol consumption History of active involvement in the athletics.
