Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with cardinal symptoms of Pittaja mutrakruchhra mentioned in yogratnakar, chapter mutrakruchhrachikitsa 1.Peethamutrata 2.Krichramutrata 3.sadahamutrata 4.saraktamutrata 5.muhurmuhurmutrata informed written consent patient having above 2 or more than complaints will be selected,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive pathology like BPH 1.Uncontrolled DM 2.STD,TB 3.Metabolic disorder 4.renal failure 4.chronic cystitiswith bladder wall change 5.benign or malignant tumors of bladder 6.urethral stricture 7.maleria 8.yellow fever

1.To study the efficacy of of ela churna with aamalaki swarasa in management of pittaja mutrakruchhra wsr to cystitis. 2.To study the adverse effect if any.Timepoint: follow up on 3rd and 5th day to observe symtoms.
