Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar disorders prescribed with first generation and second antipsychotics for a minimum duration of 0 to 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bedridden Patients Patients with Metabolic syndrome and comorbidities before the diagnosis of psychiatric illness. Medico-legal cases
