Inclusion criteria: Cough with tenacious sputum Dyspnoea H/O Wheeze or without wheeze Chest tightness Dry cough

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic bronchitis Bronchiectasis Bronchogenic carcinoma Pulmonary TB Congestive cardiac failure Pregnancy and lactating mothers Diabetes mellitus Status asthmaticus
