Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of minimum two or more of the classical symptoms i.e. Chala-sphik-udara-stana (means pendulous of hips, abdomen and breast), javoparodha, kruchavyavayata, daurgandhya, svedadhikya, shaithilya, anga gaurava, snigdha gatra, vyayama asahatva, krathana, kshudhadhikya, kshudra shvsa, trishnadhikya, nindradhikya. 2. BMI more than 30 kg/m2. 3. Increased Waistâ??toâ??hip ratio.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient is having any cardiac, renal, liver problems or other chronic coâ??morbidities. 2. Patient is having metabolic syndrome. 3. Patient has Hypothyroidism. 4. Patients who are taking any type of medicines at the time of enrollment. 5. Patients who has taken long term steroid medicines in last 6 months period. 6. Pregnant women & lactating mothers
