Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients above the age of 18 years attending ENT and Neurosurgery Department, Scheduled for any Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base procedures involving posterior septectomy will be motivated to participate after informed conent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of prior radiotherapy to the paranasal sinus region or skull base. 2. All patients with chronic sinus disease or those who had undergone previous nasal surgery.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the changes in Sinonasal symptoms, olfaction,Mucociliary clearance and Endoscopy findings in patients undergoing Endoscopic Endonasal approach for skull base surgeries.Timepoint: Preoperative assessment of seven sinonasal symptoms using Visual Analogue Scale, Mucociliary clearance with saccharin, Endoscopy to document the findings.And smell test will be done Postoperatively same assessment will be done 1 month and 3 months after surgery.—
