Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Married individuals who visit the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Out Patient Department of Kasturba Hospital, MAHE, Manipal. 2 Who are willing to participate in the study. 3 Who can read and understand English or Kannada.

Exclusion criteria: individuals suffering from major mental and physical illness
