Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL WOMEN IN REPRODUCTIVE AND PERIMENOPAUSAL AGE GROUP PRESENTING WITH AUB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with bulky uterus presenting with pressure symptoms. submucosal fibroid endometrial hyperplasia and polyp, complex adnexal mass, acute aub requiring immediate surgical intervention, coagulopathy, systemic disease, history of breast malignancy.
