Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The women are after one year of attainment of menopause between the age of 45-55 years within 7 years of amenorrhea able to read Kannada or English willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The women are suffering from major mental illness on anti-cancerous and antitubercular drugs
