Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Retired pensioner elderly population Both male and female between the age of 60 to 85years. Those who willing to participate. person who is receiving retired pension Residing it in the selected villages of Udupi Taluk Inclusion criteria for Non-pensioner elderly population Both male and female between the age of 60 to 85years. Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who are bedridden a person with the mental disorder, paralysis, mental retardation, chronic illness like AIDs, cancer etc. those who are having Hearing loss.
