Inclusion criteria: Patients/ Legally Accepted Representative who gives the consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying chronic kidney disease undergoing regular dialysis Patients whose ICU stay is less than 48 hours Pregnant women
