Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No regular physical exercise 2.Waist circumference is equal to 88cm 3.Body mass index (BMI) is equal 25 4.Willingness to participate 10 days treatment, follow up and to practice at home for 9 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physical impairments that preclude 2.participation in easy yoga exercises 3.Regular physical activity or yoga practice within preceding 3 months 4.Currently following a weight-loss diet or planning to start such a diet within the following 24 weeks 5.Diagnosed psychosis that is being treated with psychopharmaceutical drugs 6.Malignant hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >120 mm Hg) Diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2 diabetes requiring insulin 7.Manifest coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary artery embolism, or apoplexy 8.Current participation in other clinical studies or planning to enter into a study within the following 24 weeks 9.Pregnancy or breastfeeding period
