Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of silk fibroin and collagen membrane with xenograft in the treatment of grade II furcation defectsTimepoint: 3,6,12 MONTHS

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the effectiveness of silk fibroin and xenograft alone in management of grade II furcation. 2. To assess the effectiveness of collagen membrane and xenograft alone in the management of grade II furcation. 3. To evaluate the efficacy of silk fibroin with xenograft over collagen membranes with xenograft with regard to clinical parameters and bone fill using radiographs. Timepoint: 3,6,12 MONTHS
