Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the anorectum or colon. Curative intent of treatment (Localised disease, locally advanced disease amenable for surgery, oligometastatic disease- � 2 sites of metastases which are potentially resectable)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Palliative intent of treatment (� 2 sites of metastatic disease, poor ECOG-PS) Refusal of consent Non adenocarcinoma pathology: colorectal melanoma, GIST, NET, anal squamous carcinoma

To evaluate whether a survivorship programme improves follow up in CRC patients treated with a curative intent.Timepoint: 5 years

Age Gender Pathological subtype Stage Resection- R0, R1 % follow up in CRC patients treated with a curative intent. Use of non evidence based investigation (any investigation not mentioned in the follow up protocol) Performance of timely stoma closures as defined in the protocol 9.
