Intervention1: Fresh Gas Flow 600 mL/min: General anaesthesia will be conducted with Sevoflurane based anaesthesia where fresh Gas flow will be 600 mL/min during maintenance phase Control Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI: 18.5 â?? 29.99 kg/m2 eGFR > 60 ml / minute / 1.73m2 Non-cardiac surgeries ASA I to II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. eGFR 2. Emergency surgery 3. Jail inmates, HIV patients, Pregnant women 4. Patient receiving contrasts during surgery 5. Continues intraop MAP 6. Hypotensive anaesthesia 7. Known case of nephropathy, chronic kidney disease
