Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria will be included in the trial. Patients with elevated AEC. Patients between age group of 30 to 80 years, of both genders. Patients willing to participate with written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with multisystem disease or those seriously ill. Tuberculosis, Interstitial Lung Disease, Loefflerâ??s Syndrome, Acute & chronic Eosinophilia, Pneumonia, Hyper eosinophilic syndrome, Allergic bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis, Pulmonary Vasculitis Pregnancy and lactating mother H/o hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredients.
