Inclusion criteria: Doctors, nurses and paramedical staffs working in the current organization with a fixed pay role for more than 1 year and those who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visiting consultants, nurses and paramedical staffs with less than 1 year of experience in current organization and those who are not willing to participate.
