Inclusion criteria: Patients of all age group who will be posted for posterior fossa craniotomy weill be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperatively tracheostomised patients will be excluded

To assess the incidence of delayed extubation in posterior fossa surgery.Timepoint: Till discharge from hospital

MeasureTime frame
To determine the independent risk factors responsible for delayed extubation. â?? Also to know the effect of delayed extubation on duration of hospital stay and neurological outcome at hospital discharge. Timepoint: Till discharge from hospital
