Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with preterm Pre-eclampsia defined as those with PE according to ISSHP 2018 criteria and delivering within 37 weeksââ?¬• gestation 2. Postpartum, within 3 days of delivery 3. Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cardiac disease or pre-pregnancy chronic hypertension 2. Contraindication to ACE inhibitors 3. Serum creatinine > 1.1mg/dl
