Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First time mothers whose infant is to be discharged two days later, from the NICU. Mothers who can read, write and understand English or Kannada language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers of critically ill infants or infants with Cardiovascular or respiratory complications admitted in the NICU
