Intervention1: customized pillow: the pillow height will be customized as per requirement of patients Control Intervention1: Standard (fixed) pillow: a 10 cm fixed height pillow will be used

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1_Both elective and emergency cases, 2_ASA I to IV, 3_Cases to be performed under general anaesthesia, 4_BMI 18 to 30 Kg/m2, 5_Height > 145 cm, 6_Mouth opening 3 cm and more, 7_TMD 5.5 cm and more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA V and above, Patient with BMI > 30, Height
