Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with first stroke within 5 days of post stroke duration. Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) â?? a score more than 26. Ischaemic and haemorrhagic stroke - early sub-acute phase. Chedoke - Mcmaster stroke Assessment scale -stages of motor recovery - stage 2 or less in upper limb.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any orthopedic or neurological impairments which can limit the outcome of the study or alter the methodology. Patients with vision and hearing disturbances Impaired cognition Patients who cannot maintain sitting posture in bed/ stool. History of previous stroke with residual weakness. Patients with associated cardiovascular problems.
