Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (Age above 18 years). 2. Scheduled for elective coronary artery bypass grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion 1. Patient refusing to participate in the study 2. Emergency surgery 3. Redo surgery 4. Patients in ongoing atrial fibrillation during preoperative evaluation 5. Significant cardiac valvular disease which requires surgical intervention 6. CABG associated with valve surgery
