Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient with external metal fixator 2 Patient who will be able to follow instruction 3 Patient with single orthopedic injury 4 Patient with multiple orthopedic injuries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with chronic diseases like DM, HTN 2 Patient with systemic infection after diagnostic test 3 Patient with previous pin insertion site infection
