Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rh alloimmunized fetus with severe anemia requiring intrauterine blood transfusion. Severe fetal anemia will be diagnosed if fetal PCV is less than or equal to 30%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major congenital defect in fetus not compatible with life
