Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 years to 60 years 2. Patients with ASA physical status 1 and 2. 3. Scheduled for clavicular and proximal shaft humerus fracture surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients other than ASA physical status 1 and 2. 2.Patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. 3.Pregnancy and Lactation. 4. Patients having a. Local infection at the site of block. b. Bleeding coagulopathy. c. Neurological ailments such as peripheral neuropathy, chronic neuropathic pain, nerve injury d. Allergy to local anesthetics and magnesium
