Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Subjects residing in and around Belagavi city in an age group of 35 - 55yrs. .Patients who have not undergone any non surgical/surgical therapy in the last six months. .Willing to provide informed consent and ensuring their compliance throughout the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Subjects with history of any kind of antibiotics from past six months. . Smokers and tobacco chewers in any form. . Pregnancy and lactation. . Subjects with any kind of systemic disorders. . Subjects with periapical infection.
