Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA-PS 1 &2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients below 1 year of age patients above 6 years of age parents refusal to participate in the study ASA-PS 3 and above any congenital heart disease on beta blocker or digoxin therapy any implants incompatible with MRI patient requiring emergency MRI
