Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Teeth showing physiologic resorption not more than 1/3rd 2.Teeth with deep caries involving pulp with restorable crown structure. 3.Teeth with periapical lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Special children 2.Children with systemic illness. 3.Grossly decayed teeth with unrestorable crown structure. 4.Teeth with pre shedding mobility
