Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A patient of age more than 18 years. 2.uncomplicated unilateral inguinal hernia undergoing elective laparoscopic hernia repair(TEP or TAPP)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patient not willing to participates in study. 2.complicated inguinal hernia. 3.recurrent inguinal hernia. 4.patient is not fit for GA. 5.coagulopathy. 6.B/L inguinal hernia. 7.female inguinal hernia. 8.previous lower abdominal surgery.
