Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged >= 18years requiring Flexible Bronchoscopy in the department of respiratory medicine, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone Flexible Bronchoscopy previously. 2.Endotracheal intubation and mechanically ventilated patients. 3.Patients who have a tracheostomy in place. 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders. 5.Patients with any difficulty in communication that compromises their ability to answer questions.
