Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18 - 70 years) admitted with intracranial pathology in neurosurgical ICU at our hospital which usually includes intracranial tumours and subarachnoid haemorrhage with intra-arterial blood pressure monitoring and central venous access in place.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Age less than 18 years and more than 70 years. Hemodynamic instability patients with pneumocephalus or pneumoventricle Concomitant severe medical illness like decompensated heart failure, advanced liver disease, renal failure Thick skull with poor bone window

| The primary aim of this study is to correlate calculated CPP with the cerebral blood flow velocity determined by TCD in different head positions. The secondary aim is to identify differences in CPP values based on measurement location which is either phlebostatic axis (PA) or tragus (Tg) at each of the head positions.
