Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy with m-TNS score higher than 5(range 0-20)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with diabetes mellitus(type I and II) Subjects having osteoarthritis of knee joint brain tumors CNS dysfunction cardiac condition bedridden patients unwillingness to participate
