Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed case of dystonic cerebral palsy 2) Participants not on any medication for tone for last 4 weeks 3) Participants on stable rehabilitation programme for last 6 weeks 4) Participants are able to swallow the drug 5) Parents/ caregivers are able to understand/comply with the study trial requirements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known allergy to Gabapentin and/or its ingredients 2) Age less than 2 years and greater than 18 years at the enrollment
