Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective breast cancer surgery Age 18- 65 years BMI:20 -30 kg/cm2 American society of anesthesiologistsâ?? physical status ( ASA PS) I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to any study drugs Patient on beta blockers Patient with AV nodal blocks Patient with autonomic dysfunction- orthostatic hypotension Pregnant and lactating women Patients with chronic pain on Opioids/analgesics
