Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)The patients age of above of 20 years presenting with clinical features of silicosis disease,who have worked a flour mill using silica containing grinding stone for more than 5 years and consenting to participate in the study were included. 2) pre diagnosed patient of silicosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) chronicity of silicosis more than above 5 years . 2)patiens having severe other chronic disease, eg. Heart disease, Epilepsy,Hypertension, Diabetes. 3)patients who were drug addict 4) Age 50 years. 5) Pregnant women & lactating mother. 6) Physically / mentally challenged individual. 7) past history of occupational exposure to silica dusts other then flour mill.
