Inclusion criteria: Age more than 15yrs Diagnosed for the first time Patient giving written informed consent to participate in the trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recurrence of wrist ganglion Known history of allergy to corticosteroids Known history of wrist injury
