Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Weight 45-80 kg ASA physical status I&II Patients undergoing elective Modified Radical Mastectomy for breast cancer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Local anaesthetic allergy Infection at the site of PECS block Tumour at the site of PECS block
