Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outcomes will be measured in pregnant and non-pregnant women of reproductive age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants must live in the selected villages. Pregnant women will be excluded from the physical activity tests or cognitive functioning tests.
