Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring extraction of bilateral maxillary posterior teeth Patients free of systemic bleeding disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impacted teeth Grade 3 mobile teeth Supernumerary and ectopically erupted teeth Teeth with associated severe periapical pathology Patients with co-morbid systemic illness History of allergic reactions to local anaesthetic Pregnancy
