Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex in the age group of 19-60 2. Patients of Palpitation with and without any of the following symptoms/ signs: i. Ghabharat ii. Sweating iii. Nausea iv. Vomiting v. Missed Heart Beat Sensation vi. Fullness in chest vii. Shortness of Breath 3. Normal ECG 4.No Family History

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any heart diseases 2. History of hepatic, renal disorders, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, anaemia, COPD, etc 3. History of thyroid dysfunction 4. Patients with history of long term use of any other drugs such as anti-epileptic, anti-arrhythmic and anti-psychotic drugs etc. 5. History of Addiction (smoking, alcohol, drugs) 6. Pregnant and lactating women 7. Abnormal ECG 8. Family History
