Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted to NICU during study period and utilized mechanical ventilation for >= 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Neonates who will be empirically started on antibiotics before mechanical ventilation -Out-hospital intubations
