Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having symptoms of arthritis of both knee joints,2. Pain, swelling, stiffness, crepitation, restricted movements of knee joint,3.Patients who are willing to undergo radiological investigation, Laboratory investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac disease,2. Rheumatoid arthritis, 3.Pregnancy and lactation, 4.Patient with any other serious systemic illness,5. Chronic kidney disease, 6.Tuberculosis of knee, 7.Septic arthritis, 8.Gonococal arthritis,9. Diabetes mellitus

Primary outcome is mainly assessed by comparing the pre and post treatment will be assessed by reducing pain and restricted joint movements of the trail patients.Timepoint: 45 days
