Inclusion criteria: 1)participants who score above 26 in Montreal cognitive assessment 2)participants who score more than 85 in Barthel Index 3)Participants who are able to read and write Malayalam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants who have cognitive or psychiatric impairments 2)participants who have difficulty in communication
