Interventions

Intervention1: Quadratus lumborum block (QL group): patients will receive bilateral quadratus lumborum block (QL group) at the end of the surgery. The blocks will be performed with ultrasound guidance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-III patients undergoing major lower abdominal surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of relevant drug allergy or opioid dependence will be excluded
