Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients undergoing cesarean section in 2.patient with moderate to severe generalized chronic periodontitis with clinical attachment loss of 3mm to 5 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with systemic disease like diabetes, arthiritis, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, bleeding disorders, liver disease, renal diseases 2. patients who are immunocompromised 3. patients who are on corticosteroids or on cytotoxic drugs 4. patients having bacterial vaginosis, urninary tract infection, pre-eclampsia
