Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neck Pain At Least Previous 3 Months,Average Neck Pain Intensity 4 On Nprs,Teachers More Than 5 Years Of Experience,Van Schalkuyk & Parkin Smithâ??S Criteria For Mechanical Neck Pain,Neck Pain Without Neurological Or Vascular Deficit,Unilateral Or Bilateral Neck Pain,Restricted ROM ,Discomfort With Joint Challenge/Pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Except Mechanical neck pain, Patient does not Want To Participate in study
