Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesiologists I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk of aspiration( Pregnancy,Diabetes,Gastrointestinal obstruction) 2. Anticipated difficult intubation. 3. Upper respiratory tract infection.
