Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -person who have the standing job at the traffic police junction -work experience of minimum 3 years -ABI severity from mild to moderate i.e 0.9 to 0.4 -on duty traffic police officers -BMI : 18.5 to 24.9 km/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -H/O hospital admission in past 6 months. -A person not willing to participate. -Uncooperative subjects. -Any habits of tobacco chewing, smoking, alcohol.

Ankle Brachial Index 6-minute walk test SF-36Timepoint: ABI: 1 -1.4 normal range. 6- minute walk test: 500 to 700 meter. SF 36: the lower the score the more disability.
