Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male/ Female Badminton players. 2. Age between 15 to 28 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any Recent Injury which make them unable to practice. 2. Away from game for 6 to 8 weeks.
